Eastwood and Partners are Associate Members of the British International Freight Association (BIFA).

We are able to provide, in conjunction with a well respected Lloyds Service Company, a facility which enables Freight Forwarders to issue marine/cargo cover for their commercial client’s goods. This product has been available since January 2008, and is internet based. Access and use are free of charge.

In addition to this, we are also able to offer competitive terms for all classes of Insurance, such as liability, goods in transit, motor fleet and engineering inspection.

Peter Kitching was employed in the Insurance Department of a Freight Forwarder for 6 years. Since taking up a career in insurance 30 years ago, he has worked with clients on goods in transit, liability, property and motor insurance. Patrick Blackburn has worked with clients on these covers for the last ten years, and was the transport specialist in his previous employment.
