We take staff development very seriously and believe that each employee is an important and valued member of our team and our company’s success depends on the dedicated efforts of each person. Our commitment to staff development ensures that our staff are provided with the learning and development opportunities they require to perform their duties to the highest standard.
Staff at Eastwood and Partners receive a comprehensive induction, annual appraisals and individual training plans. As part of our Study Agreement, we provide encouragement, financial support and time off for employees to attend seminars, training courses and to achieve relevant qualifications.
In addition, everyone can access an online learning and development system where they can store their Continued Professional Development and complete any of the 280+ online courses. Staff can also take advantage of a ‘gap analysis’ website, where they can test their knowledge and receive feedback.
Eastwood and Partners employs about 55 people. Insurance roles operate within the following departments: Commercial, Corporate, SME, Personal Lines, High Net Worth, Broking and Compliance. Support departments are: Accounts, Reception/Secretarial, IT and Human Resources. In addition, we have partner companies who employ approximately 36 members of staff in total and cover the following areas: Financial Services, Health and Safety, Credit Risk.
