The insurance requirements of each person are unique and we aim to treat each member of our Private Client family as an individual and not a number. For some people, insurance can be a worrying prospect - particularly if they have encountered poor customer service or a mishandled claim elsewhere. We try to alter this perception by offering competitive, comprehensive insurance cover with a personal, high quality service.
As an Eastwood and Partners Private Client, you will be introduced to an Account Executive, who will be your contact throughout the insurance period. In addition, each insurance policy will be administered by an allocated Account Handler.
We also encourage appraisal meetings with you, Eastwood and Partners and the insurer so that you can build a relationship with the people handling your policy. If you need to make a claim, our job is to make everything run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. None of our claims are outsourced and throughout the process you will still be talking to the same executive or account handler allocated to you at the beginning.
